Chicago Carifete: 
Carifete is masquerade on the street. This festive ambiance of this event is created through a colorful parade of costumed participants, with trucks carrying live or DJ'd Soca, Rasin, Calypso, Konpa, Steel Pan, reggae and salsa to the delight of thousands onlookers.
